Celestial items should not be character-bound. This change would reduce confusion about what happens to a celestial item after ANB ends, because there would no longer be a need to remove the celestial status of an item. It would give us more freedom to delete heroes (a source of revenue at 50 gems per deletion). It would also increase the demand for Celestial Transforms, because it would be practical to transform equipment which is typically shared between different heroes, such as gold farming and XP farming equipment. Speaking of which, people will need to make more careful decisions about the items they choose to CT during ANB, and in some cases, they might decide to save their CTs for use outside of ANB. This would have a positive impact on competitive play. Using CTs on both weapons will no longer be the default for anyone who has a full celestial push set outside of ANB. They might start saving those CTs or using them on other things instead.
